Steve looked at Bucky who was now looking at the ground. Once he finished the story they both sat there in silence. Until Steve finally broke it.
“Bucky who was she?” Steve asked causing him to shake his head.
    “She’s the only reason I escaped Steve. If she hadn’t let me win. I would still be their puppet.” Bucky says shaking his head.
“What do you mean she’s the reason you escaped?” Steve asks
That made Bucky chuckle lightly. “That’s a long story Steve. But it started on her 21st birthday.”
    You were 21 years old now. It had been 15 years since Hydra had taken you away from your family. You had been beat and tortured into obedience. They didn’t brainwash you like they normally would. You had taken you away from your family at a young age and terrorized you into obeying them.
    “Where is she?” you heard the voice that would make you cringe. “Oh there she is.” Strucker stood in front of you. Smirking down at you. “I think I should let you know. Hydra is growing stronger. We’re planning an attack on S.H.I.E.L.D. we have been sending in agents for year. Now we want to take down Captain America himself.” your eyes shot up to look at him wide eyed.
    “I see now you’re paying attention. We aren’t sure who we should send in yet. But you are one of the candidates.” with that you felt your heart rate pick up.
If you were chosen. You could escape.
“We have 4 different candidates. You, Viper, Metalic and the Winter Soldier. I guess you better start training more.” he says turning around and walking out of your cell.
Once he was gone you thought carefully. You had trained with Viper before so you knew most of her moves. You had seen Metallic a few times never trained with him though. But you had never seen the Winter Soldier, you’d only heard stories and they were brutal.
“Fire Scout, come out.” the door was opened and you stood up. You took a step out and four guards surrounded you. You rolled your eyes. It was protocol, but you could have easily taken them out. It was the other hundreds of agents that were the problem, and the torture you had received that stopped you.
    You follow silently. That’s when you saw Viper. Her long black hair was tangled, her eyes met yours. You two glared at each other. You than looked forward to see Metalic in a small gated room. He sat there no looking at anybody. His stone face never seemed to react to anything. That’s when they lead you to your own small gated room. You looked around noticing that it lead to an even bigger room. Probably where you would fight. It had a balcony where they could observe you, and probably have a gun pointed at your head.
    Soon Viper was put into the gated room next to yours.
    “If it isn’t little fire scout.” she hissed. Making you look over at her. Training with her had been painful. You both were around the same age and had both been taken from your homes. Hydra taught you quickly that if you wanted to be tortured less you needed to win the fights. So you did. Sadly for Viper, she didn’t.
    They had sent her away and you hadn’t seen her for years. You assumed she was dead.
    Suddenly you heard the gates open again. And you looked up.
    That’s when you saw him. His left arm gleamed. His stone cold icy eyes were set still. He made shivers run down your back.
    “That must be the winter soldier.” Viper whispered towards you causing one of her guards to whack her over her head. She never knew when to shut up.
    He was put into his own gated area.
    “Alright! Never before has Hydra had our four most deadliest assassins in the same room. Until today.” you looked up to see Stucker staring right at you. You were his prize. What he was showing off and you knew if you didn’t put on a good show. You would regret it.
    You got out one of your Sai Daggers and started sharpening it. It was an intimidation factor. That might work you weren’t sure yet.
    “Well how about we start off with a show?” soon your gate flung open. You quickly got up shooting out into the arena. That’s when they put in someone in with you.
Their clothes were torn. Hair was a mess. Dirty. They looked scared. They were a prisoner of Hydra.
You sighed. Looking down and seeing his weapon in hand. It was shaking though. This wasn’t going to be a competition right now. It was an execution.
You started walking towards the man pulling out both of your daggers. You flung them around your fingers circling the man.
“P-please I don’t want to die.” He begged your face didn’t move. Your eyes were trained on the man. “I just want to get out of here.”
You heard a whistle and you attacked. Your daggers flew through the air hitting him in the arm, he held his own weapon up as you shot towards him. He tried to hit you with the dull weapon they had given him. BUt you quickly grabbed his wrist breaking it. He dropped the weapon falling back in pain. You walked over him towering over his body on the ground.
You spun kick him across his face. Making him spit out blood.
“Please.” he whispered. You closed your eyes before pulling one of your daggers out of his arm and slitting his throat.
Soon you heard clapping. You turned looking at the balcony. You saw Strucker smiling and turning towards his co-workers. You turned back picking up your daggers before walking back towards your area. You entered it. And soon it closed behind you. You sat down. Looking over at Viper who was staring at you. You than looked over at Metalic who was staring at the dead man than at you. Lastly you looked at the Winter Soldier. He seemed to be lazily looked around. Not paying much attention to anyone. Or anything.
Next Vipers gate opened. She went out and they let another prisoner out. There was a whistle and she attacked. You studied all of her moves. She had gotten better in the past years. But was still sloppy. Once she killed her person she stood back up they clapped and she went back to her area.
Than Metallic went. He got the job done quickly. He didn’t seem to want to show off to them, but then again maybe he wasn’t viewing this as his escape. They clapped and he went back. His fighting style was unique but you were pretty sure you could beat him.
Lastly the winter Soldier. He stood up and his gate opened. You looked up at the balcony Faustus smirked down at his Soldier. You turned your attention back to the assassin. You watched as they let out the prisoner who took one look at the Soldier and seem terrorized.
The Soldier took one step towards the man, who fell trying to take steps back.
Suddenly the prisoner flung out a pistol, making everybody go into a commotion. The other prisoners had dull swords or daggers.
Suddenly the prisoner shot and the soldier used his left arm to block it before taking more steps towards him. The man fired again but the gun clicked. You sighed. As the soldier picked him up the man looked at his doom. Than he looked at you. The Soldier broke his neck.
Instead of clapping you looked up to see an argument going on.
“Faustus! He could have killed anybody who knew he would shoot at the soldier.” Strucker yelled.
“I knew he could handle it. Why would I give my asset something easy. That’s not what he’s trained for.” Faustus states smirking,
“You really think our own assets couldn’t have handled that?” another man said shaking his head.
“Well you could have given them the chance also.” Faustus says “Anyway I need to go and make sure my asset is prepared to take on Captain America.”
With that Faustus walked away from the other extremely angry Hydra council members.
You were each taken out separately and lead to your cells.
Once you got to yours you sat down. Until the door opened and you looked up to see Strucker standing in the doorway. “Your performance was good. But you’ll need to work harder if you want to impress them. Don’t disappoint me.” He warned. You nodded.

So began another day of riding, it seemed like it was all you ever did anymore. This time you were riding with Bifur. Now…it wasn’t that you didn’t like Bifur.
